Contemporary Native American Mokume Gane Earrings (#120301223746) Shane Hendren is an award winning artist of Navajo /Choctaw /Coman che descent. He was named Artist of the Year in 2007-2008 at the Indian Arts and Craft Association's annual spring show in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Shane studied at the Institute of the American Indian Arts and received a degree in museum management and studied metalsmithing. He continued his jewelry studies at the University of New Mexico, where he obtained his BFA in 1997.
