This unique free form candle holder is made made COE 96 orange glass that was hand cut, decorated with other shades of orange and yellow glass stringers and white glass accents. It was fused flat in a glass kiln. Time to heat up to a temperature of 1380 degrees and cool slowly takes about 12 hours. The glass is then placed over a mold in the kiln and slumped into the candle holder shape which takes another 6 hours. Candle light glows beautifully through the translucent glass and also makes a great statement

The candle holder is a 2.5? heavy glass cube with mixed medium decoupage accented with a bronze rim. Multiple layers of clear acrylic sealer protect the leaves and allow for light, damp exterior cleaning with water.
Wheelthrown Candleholder that's 3 1/4" Wide X 2" Tall. The rim was altered while wet. I Carved the flowers and holes while leather hard clay. Bisque Fired. Glazed and High Fired to Cone 6. This amazing candle holder is one solid rectangle of beautiful end grain walnut and was made from a scrap piece of wood. End grain of this size in walnut is hard to find and very expensive. Drilled to hold one tea light. The walnut candle holder is left raw but would look stunning if rubbed with oil or sprayed with a clear coat. This turquoise/ cerulean blue stoneware candleholder will take a taper, votive candle, or tea light. It stands 2 3/4" tall. The iron spots that show through the glaze give the surface character. The bottom is unglazed. Grouped with two more of varying heights you can create a fine centerpiece as shown in thumbnails.
